These are brand new and in the box Style 3509, leather upper, leather sole, cushioned sockliner, scored leather sole. Leather covered wood heel with leather heel lift, medium width only . We have included length in inches from the very front of the shoe to the back seam of the shoe, in general we find these shoes run 1/2 size small for ladies street shoe, men should bump up 2.5 sizes from their street shoe normally (for safety sake, measure your shoes).Looking at the size 13, it looks like it would fit about a 10.5. I wear a ladies 7.5 in street shoes and the size 7 was slightly too short, so I say they would fit a ladies size 6 to 6.5 nicely. These character oxfords are perfect and retail at $65. If you don't want the box, we can send without the box (but the shoes are heavier than first class allows) Since these have a hard leather sole, you can apply taps if you like.
