Dress Length: 28" / Shoulder to Waist: 13" / Shoulder to Crotch: 20" Shoulder to Shoulder: 9" / Pit to Pit: 13" / Waist: 23" / Elastic Fabric/ (7-9yrs)Skirt Part: Two Layer of 13" Organza Petticoat and One Layer of 14" White Organza Over Skirt. Since I shortened the dress for my daughter, a light stitching trace remained around the waistline. (Please see the last picture.) Thank you.
