These are brand new and perfect All leather Character tap shoes with a 1 1/2" heel and attached tap. Color is black (though you may see tan when you click on a size, you will still receive black). These shoes have attached adjustable taps. This process is patented and the patent is owned by the manufacturer. You can tighten or loosen the screws to adjust the sound and it doesn't strip out the screw as there is a system of locknuts embedded in the sole and heel. When these are gone, they are gone. All of these are medium width, the narrow widths are in a different listing.This pair of shoes retailed for $75 and is perfect. Some of the ladies sizes fit like street shoe but some customers feel they fit 1/2 to a whole size small, so I measured some pairs and I am giving the length from the end of the toe to the back seam of the shoe heel (not the backseam of the heel, but the seam that would be at the back of your foot)- you need to measure a pair of your shoes to compare.
