Suggested fittings: Women round up the half size and then go up one more size. Men go up 4-5 from street size. The split sole is hand stitched and threaded from the inside so that there are no visible threads and will have less wearing out. The shoe won't "catch on the floor" and allows quick turns because the sole is flush with the upper, which allows for better mobility and stability of movement. It has a slip on closure, elastic attached at the heel, a precurred front sole, two layers of strong canvas upper, and a foam protection pad at the heel.
